Overview

: The Sr. Recruiting Manager will be responsible for maintaining personal production while leading a team of recruiters to meet branch and company goals.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring others, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

60% – Personal Production

  • Source, qualify, and place candidates
  • Collaborate with account executives to understand client needs
  • Conduct interviews, perform reference checks, and negotiate pay rates
  • Manage candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding and redeployment
  • Maintain accurate records in Edge (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruiting policies
  • 20–25% – Team Leadership

  • Drive team performance aligned with branch goals
  • Conduct team meetings and monitor recruiting capacity
  • Partner with leadership to allocate resources and resolve performance issues
  • Lead redeployment efforts and ensure adherence to recruiting processes
  • 10–20% – Team Development

  • Observe recruiter performance and provide coaching
  • Identify development needs and create growth opportunities
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive team environment
  • 5% – Personal Development

  • Stay current with industry trends and continuously build relevant skills
  • Qualifications

    Position Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in staffing industry recruiting, including 2+ years in a leadership position
  • Skills: Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and ATS management skills
  • Leadership: Proven ability to coach, develop, and lead a high-performing team
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local talent market and recruiting best practices
  • Values: Embodies Judge’s core values
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required

  • Experience in recruiting and placing candidates with Application Development experience
  • Extensive experience recruiting W2 contractor positions
